Description:
Bizmia is actively seeking a skilled and enthusiastic HR Manager to join their growing team. This role involves handling a broad range of HR responsibilities from recruitment to compliance, while supporting the company’s strategic goals and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Assist with performance management and handle employee relations
Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and procedures
Organize and coordinate training and development programs
Address employee inquiries and concerns related to HR policies
Plan and execute employee engagement activities and retention strategies
Support leave management
Identify inefficiencies in HR operations and propose improvements
Contribute to HR projects and company-wide process improvements
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong understanding of HR functions and employee lifecycle management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in HR software and record-keeping
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Prior experience in similar HR roles is a strong advantage
