Description:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our HR efforts. Ideal candidates will help us find great people, set HR policies, and ensure our team is happy and thriving. They will be responsible for administrative tasks and contribute to making Enxsys a better workplace.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the hiring process, from finding candidates to making job offers.
- Work with managers to understand the skills needed for different jobs.
- Communicate with candidates about interview preparation, provide necessary information and make hiring processes more straightforward and effective.
- Check backgrounds and verify if employees are eligible to work.
- Plan and run orientation programs for new hires.
- Come up with ways to recognize and appreciate employees.
- Plan events to build a strong team and keep employees engaged.
- Take care of everyday HR tasks, such as pay, benefits, and time off.
- Deal with issues like discipline problems and investigations.
- Manage how well employees are doing and handle talent development.
- Make sure our workplace follows health and safety rules.
- Make sure everyone involved in interviews and hiring is on the same page.
Qualifications:
- A degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least three years of experience as an HR in a software company.
- Exceptionally excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Good at working with people and solving problems.
- Very organized and pays attention to details.
- Knows the employment laws and can figure out problems and find solutions.
