MZ Consultants Firm, the offshore office of My Legal Cashier, a UK-based accounting and bookkeeping service provider for law firms, is looking to hire an HR Manager for its Lahore office. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of HR experience to work in a professional and globally integrated firm.

As an HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in aligning HR initiatives with business goals, overseeing core HR functions, and supporting a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies in alignment with company objectives.

• Manage recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent.

• Oversee the performance appraisal system to promote high performance.

• Ensure legal compliance and manage company schedules and deadlines.

• Monitor expenses and support the budget planning process.

• Bridge the gap between management and employees by addressing grievances and supporting employee engagement.

• Perform general administration duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 16 years of education in Business Administration or Management.

• Experience: 0–1 year (Fresh graduates encouraged to apply).

• Job Type: Full Time / Permanent

• Job Shift: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (PST), Monday to Friday
