Human Resources Intern
Description:
Responsibilities:
- Assist in shortlisting and scheduling interviews with candidates.
- Support the onboarding process of new hires including documentation and orientation.
- Help maintain and update employee records (physical and digital).
- Participate in organising employee engagement activities and training sessions.
- Assist in drafting HR letters (offer, increment, warning, etc.).
- Support payroll and attendance data entry and verification.
- Help ensure compliance with internal HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with departments to support administrative needs.
Requirements:
- Recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR functions such as recruitment, training, payroll, and employee engagement.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to HR projects.
