Human Resources Intern

 

Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in shortlisting and scheduling interviews with candidates.
  • Support the onboarding process of new hires including documentation and orientation.
  • Help maintain and update employee records (physical and digital).
  • Participate in organising employee engagement activities and training sessions.
  • Assist in drafting HR letters (offer, increment, warning, etc.).
  • Support payroll and attendance data entry and verification.
  • Help ensure compliance with internal HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with departments to support administrative needs.

Requirements:

  • Recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in HR functions such as recruitment, training, payroll, and employee engagement.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to HR projects.
