Description:
We are seeking a HR Intern to join our Human Resources department. This internship will provide the candidate with hands-on experience in daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and record management. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and eager to assist in a variety of HR functions, helping streamline processes and support the HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in posting job ads and screening resumes.
Support in scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist in onboarding and orientation processes.
Participate in organizing company events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
Support payroll and attendance tracking tasks.
Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Required Skills:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
