SabaSoft Games Studio is offering a fantastic opportunity for fresh graduates to begin their career in Human Resources as an HR Intern. This is a 3-month internship designed to provide hands-on HR experience in a fast-paced, creative gaming environment, with the possibility of transitioning into a full-time role based on performance.

As an intern, you’ll be an integral part of the HR team, assisting in essential HR operations, enhancing employee engagement, and supporting recruitment processes. This internship is ideal for individuals who are passionate about people, well-organized, and eager to grow within the HR field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in salary and attendance management systems.

• Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities.

• Track and maintain employee performance and evaluations.

• Manage day-to-day HR documentation and administrative operations.

• Contribute to internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.

• Participate in the recruitment cycle, including shortlisting and interview coordination.

• Liaise with various departments to provide HR-related support.
