Description:

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open vacancies in collaboration with line department.
  • Performs employee onboarding and new hire orientation.
  • Assist in learning and development initiatives and plan activates for all employees in line with the training calendar.
  • Actively involved in employee engagement activities and conducting employee surveys.
  • Assist in the process of annual objective setting and performance management.
  • Assist in automation and digitalization of HR procedures as per best market practices.
  • Assist Line Manager/Head in daily operational and strategic tasks related to HRM.

Required Skills:

  • Knowledge of MS Office and HRIS Systems.
  • Good understanding of HR Policies.
  • Familiarity with applicable Labor Laws.
  • Excellent people management skills.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-driven and supportive team player.
