Description:
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open vacancies in collaboration with line department.
- Performs employee onboarding and new hire orientation.
- Assist in learning and development initiatives and plan activates for all employees in line with the training calendar.
- Actively involved in employee engagement activities and conducting employee surveys.
- Assist in the process of annual objective setting and performance management.
- Assist in automation and digitalization of HR procedures as per best market practices.
- Assist Line Manager/Head in daily operational and strategic tasks related to HRM.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of MS Office and HRIS Systems.
- Good understanding of HR Policies.
- Familiarity with applicable Labor Laws.
- Excellent people management skills.
- Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-driven and supportive team player.
