⏰Working Hours: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM, Monday to Friday

📈Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

✅Key Responsibilities
•Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures
•Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding
•Drive employee engagement and workplace initiatives
•Manage employee relations and day-to-day HR operations
•Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
•Support performance management and organizational development

✅Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
•Minimum 3 years of HR experience
•Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
•Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
•Strong understanding of HR practices and employment policies
•Prior experience in the automotive industry will be an advantage
