Red Vision Experts LLC is looking for a motivated and proactive HR & Recruitment Executive to help us build a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit experienced Sales Closers, Customer Support Representatives, SEO Specialists, Digital Marketing Professionals, and other required positions.
- Search for candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Rozee.pk, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Evaluate candidates based on communication skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with management.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Post and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Assist with employee onboarding and documentation.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (HR, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred).
- 1–3 years of HR or Recruitment experience (Fresh candidates with exceptional communication skills are also encouraged to apply).
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Experience using LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.
