Human Resources Executive

Description:

We are seeking an experienced HR Executive with at least 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or textile environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, performance management, employee evaluations, KPI tracking, and overall HR operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates.
• Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
• Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments.
• Manage onboarding and orientation of new employees.

Performance Management

• Develop and monitor employee KPIs in coordination with management.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and evaluations.
• Track employee productivity and performance metrics.
• Prepare performance reports and recommendations for management.

HR Operations

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist in developing HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee relations and address workplace concerns.
• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Reporting & Administration

• Generate HR reports and workforce analytics.
• Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee performance data.
• Support management in workforce planning and organizational development.

Requirements

 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

 Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources.

 Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.

 Experience in KPI development and performance management systems.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Strong organizational and reporting abilities.

 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and HR management tools.

 Experience in the textile or manufacturing industry will be preferred.
