Human Resources Executive

 

Description:

The HR Manager will take full ownership of AALI system implementation and enforcement, while leading key initiatives in human capital strategy, learning & development, performance management, retention, and organizational culture.This role serves as a governance and enforcement authority, ensuring alignment between people, processes, and company standards to support scalable growth.

 

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

 

𝐀𝐀𝐋𝐈 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞

. Ensure 100% compliance with AALI framework across departments

. Monitor workflows, documentation, timelines, and controls

. Identify gaps and initiate corrective actions

. Act as custodian of AALI execution

 

𝐇𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 & 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐲

. Workforce planning and competency alignment

. Define clear growth and performance paths for all roles

. Align HR initiatives with business and client needs

. Participate in client discovery and debrief sessions (DAD)

 

𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭

. Design structured onboarding, role-based, and leadership training

. Conduct TNA and implement retraining plans

. Measure training effectiveness through assessments and certifications

. Partner with Operations & SQ to close skill gaps

. 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭

. Implement structured performance systems

. Identify high performers and underperformers

. Recommend improvement and development plans

 

𝐂𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 & 𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧

. Drive accountability and professional culture

. Monitor engagement and attrition trends

. Address systemic morale and productivity issues

 

𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲 & 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞

. Ensure policy understanding and enforcement

. Recommend governance-aligned policy improvements

. Handle conduct and compliance escalations

 

𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 & 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠

. Lead and mentor HCI Executives

. Report people metrics, risks, and improvements to senior management

. Act as a bridge between Management, Operations, and Employees

 

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (𝐎𝐧𝐥𝐲 𝐈𝐁𝐀, 𝐈𝐎𝐁𝐌 & 𝐒𝐙𝐀𝐁𝐈𝐒𝐓 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝)

. Master’s degree preferred
