Human Resources Executive

 

Description:

As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources department in various administrative tasks and activities. You will work closely with HR professionals, employees, and management to ensure the smooth functioning of HR processes. This position requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a strong understanding of HR functions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Administrative Support:

*Provide administrative support to the HR department, including document preparation and file maintenance.

*Assist in organizing and maintaining HR records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

*Schedule interviews, meetings, and appointments as required.

 

2. Recruitment and Onboarding:

*Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.

*Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and conducting orientation sessions.

 

3. Employee Relations:

*Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries.

*Assist in the resolution of employee issues and concerns, escalating matters as needed.

 

4. Payroll Support:

*Collaborate with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee payroll.

*Address payroll-related questions and concerns from employees.

 

5. Compliance:

*Assist in maintaining compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

 

6. Training and Development:

*Support training initiatives by coordinating training sessions and tracking employee participation. *Maintain training records and assist in the development of training materials.

 

 

7. General HR Support:

*Provide general support to HR professionals in various projects and initiatives.

*Stay informed about industry best practices and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.

 

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

 

Experience: 2 years or previous internship experience in an administrative or HR support role is preferred.
