Human Resources Executive

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for day-to-day HR operations, managing employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and managing all aspects of human resources for the company.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in HR Management and Operations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for managing employee relations
• Expertise in developing and implementing HR policies that align with company goals and values
• Comprehensive understanding of Human Resources (HR) laws, regulations, and best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• FMCG experience will be preferred
• Certifications in Human Resources (HR) Management or Operations are preferred
