Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hiring HR to join our call center team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing the recruitment strategy for the call center team, as well as managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and hiring. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies for the call center
- Manage full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
- Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other recruitment channels
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports
- Collaborate with managers to understand hiring needs and ensure timely recruitment
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
- Continuously improve the recruitment process to attract and retain the best candidates
- Provide feedback and coaching to hiring managers on recruitment best practices
