Human Resources Executive

Description:

The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have the ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. You typically get assignments in recruiting, training, relocation, employee services, and benefits administration to develop your expertise in the different HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions.
• Manage internal recruitment process including interviewing, negotiating with candidates, and onboarding.
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.
• Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails.
• Maintain office environment and manage employee records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or Master's in HR or a related subject.
• Experienced Professional having 1-2 Years of relevant experience.
• Exceptional people management, communication, interpersonal, analytical, and negotiation skills with expertise in HR concepts, practices, legislation, and procedures.
