About the Role
As an HR Associate, you’ll play a pivotal role in our HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and operational support. Your efforts will directly contribute to creating a thriving workplace where innovation and collaboration flourish.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Manage the recruitment process: post job openings, schedule interviews, and communicate with candidates.
✅ Facilitate smooth onboarding for new employees, including paperwork and initial training.
✅ Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and company events.
✅ Handle employee queries and escalate issues as needed.
✅ Support HR meetings, take minutes, and circulate HR-related communications.
✅ Aid in various administrative tasks within the HR department.
What We’re Looking For:
📌 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
📌 2–3 years of HR experience in an IT company or a strong IT background.
📌 Proven expertise in technical recruiting, including shortlisting and interviewing.
📌 Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
📌 Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact at all organizational levels.
📌 Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software; HRIS knowledge is a plus!
📌 Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
