Description:
We are looking for a capable HR Assistant who will assist in the onboarding and orientation of new employees within the organization.
- Assist with HR day-to-day activities.
- Examine and enter new employees’ information into HR databases.
- Monitor a new employee's development through the training process.
- Respond to employee inquiries about HR policies and perks.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices
- Post job ads on general career websites, university and college career websites, and internship and social media websites.
- Replying to applicant emails, screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
Job Requirement:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of HR
- Proficiency in Excel, MS Word
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
