Human Resources Assistant

 

Description:

Nexus92 is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support the Human Resources department in daily operations. The ideal candidate will have at least six months of HR experience, a professional and presentable personality, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a strong foundation in HR and grow within a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
  • Support the onboarding and orientation process for new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee files and HR databases (both soft and hard copies).
  • Assist in managing attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.
  • Prepare and issue HR-related letters (offer, confirmation, experience letters, etc.).
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and internal communication initiatives.
  • Support in implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance across departments.
  • Coordinate with department heads and the operations team on staffing and HR matters.
  • Handle general HR administrative tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in an HR or administrative role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Presentable, professional, and well-organized personality.
  • Good understanding of HR operations, documentation, and record-keeping.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all times.
