Description:
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR & Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day HR and administrative functions in USA Hours. This role is ideal for someone who is disciplined, detail-oriented, and eager to grow with a fast-paced company.
You will work closely with the leadership team to handle HR coordination, documentation, basic recruitment support, and general administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with HR activities such as:
- Posting jobs and screening applicants
- Scheduling interviews
- Maintaining employee records and documents
- Support administrative work including:
- Preparing and organizing documents, reports, and files
- Managing calendars, meetings, and follow-ups
- Coordinating communication between team members
- Maintain accurate records in digital systems (Google Workspace, Excel, etc.).
- Assist with onboarding new team members (documentation, coordination, communication).
- Help draft and edit emails, letters, memos, and internal communications.
- Ensure confidentiality of company and employee information at all times.
Basic Mandatory Requirements
- Reliable fast internet connection and personal computer/laptop
- Quiet and distraction-free environment to work from home
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and professionalism
- Willingness to work 9 hours per day, Monday to Saturday - USA Time Zone
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Good written, reading, and spoken English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of HR or administration will be a plus
- Comfortable using computers, email, and office tools (Word, Excel, Google Docs, etc.)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow processes
- Eager to learn and grow in HR and operations
