Description:

4 Year Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field from a HEC recognized institution. Preference shall be given to candidates
bearing a Master's Degree (18-year education) in HR or Public Administration.
At least 1 year of hands-on experience in core HR operations in a large organization with over 500 employees.
Experience includes but is not limited to processing of full and final settlements, leave & attendance management, antecedent verification, and updating HRMS.
Proficiency in updating organizational charts using MS Visio.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English with the ability to work in a team.
Proficient in using office automation tools such as MS Excel/Powerpoint, Word, and MS Outlook.
Act as one-window for day-to-day HR operation related queries.
Adaptable and quick learner with a mindset to produce results.
