Human Resource Solutions International (HRSI) is hiring a dynamic and strategic Human Resource Professional for one of its prestigious clients—an established Brand/Advertising Agency with operations spanning across Pakistan and the MENA (Middle East and North Africa) region. This opportunity is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, creative, and multicultural environment and is eager to take on responsibilities that blend HR Business Partnering with Talent Acquisition at a regional level.

The selected candidate will play a key role in aligning business objectives with employees and management across diverse geographies, while ensuring effective execution of HR strategies tailored to the media and advertising industry. This is an on-site role based in DHA, Karachi, and offers strong growth potential for individuals with a passion for HR excellence and cross-border talent dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to management teams in both Pakistan and the MENA region.

  • Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for multiple departments and levels, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Develop and maintain talent acquisition strategies aligned with regional goals, ensuring alignment with the creative and brand-focused nature of the agency.

  • Partner with department heads to understand talent needs, workforce planning, and succession strategies.

  • Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives while maintaining a performance-driven culture.

  • Support HR policy development, compliance, and implementation in accordance with local labor laws and MENA region regulations.

  • Conduct regular HR analytics and reporting for senior leadership, highlighting key metrics related to turnover, hiring pipelines, and engagement levels.

  • Facilitate learning and development initiatives to upskill teams and support employee growth across offices.

  • Be an advisor and mediator in employee relations matters while promoting a healthy, inclusive workplace culture.

Candidate Profile:

  • Strong understanding of modern HR practices, talent acquisition methodologies, and regional labor trends.

  • Prior experience in the Media or Advertising sector will be a strong advantage.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage HR operations across multi-country or multi-office environments.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Educational Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in BBA, Media Science, or a closely related field is required.

  • Further certifications or training in HR, recruitment, or organizational development will be considered a plus.
