With a talented and growing team, we're looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources Intern who wants to build a career in HR, gain hands-on experience, and grow into a full-time role with us.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
- Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screening.
- Schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, leaves, and HR documentation.
- Assist with employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
- Support performance management and employee feedback processes.
- Help prepare HR reports, letters, policies, and other documentation.
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling employee information.
Requirements:
- UnderGrad or a Bachelor's degree completed or currently pursuing in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates and final-year students are encouraged to apply.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Interest in building a long-term career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes is a plus.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and recruitment platforms is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
