Human Resource Generalist

Description:

THE ROLE:

• Ideal candidate will provide support in efficient and effective HR service delivery and execution of all regional HR activities including Hiring, Trainings & HR operations.
• Manage the entire employee lifecycle of region including documentation, record maintenance and resolving all HR operational queries proficiently.
• Collaborate & strong liaison with Head office to provide effective solutions to staff related to salary, employee benefits & welfare.

THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THE ROLE:

• Business graduate with 2-3 years of experience in similar role preferably in retail industry.
• Excellent communication and strong follow-up skills.
• Should have strong grip on MS Excel.
