Position Details:

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree with specialization in Human Resource Management
• Preferred: Master’s degree and healthcare HR experience, particularly within a tertiary care hospital

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline for clinical and non-clinical positions.
• Manage employee records, contracts, confirmations, transfers, and separations.
• Ensure compliance with hospital HR policies, SOPs, and procedures.
• Manage attendance, leave processing, and payroll coordination with Finance.
• Address employee queries and ensure effective HR service delivery.
• Assist in implementing and managing the performance appraisal system.
• Support accreditation and audit requirements, including PMDC, PHC, and ISO.
• Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree specializing in Human Resource Management.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience.
• Healthcare industry experience will be an advantage.
• Candidates with tertiary care hospital experience will be preferred.
• Strong understanding of HR operations, policies, compliance, and employee relations.
