Description:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a strategic consultant to business leaders, aligning human capital strategies with business goals. The ideal candidate will be deeply embedded within their assigned business unit, working closely with leadership to improve employee engagement, organizational design, performance management, and workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Act as a trusted advisor to department heads and senior leadership on all HR-related matters
🔹 Translate business strategies into HR strategies that support growth, efficiency, and culture
🔹 Manage performance management cycles, talent reviews, and succession planning
🔹 Lead organizational development and change management initiatives
🔹 Drive employee engagement through surveys, feedback loops, and targeted action plans
🔹 Resolve complex employee relations issues and act as a mediator where necessary
🔹 Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to align hiring with strategic workforce planning
🔹 Monitor HR metrics and analytics to support data-driven decisions
🔹 Ensure HR policies and practices are in compliance with labor laws and internal standards
🔹 Support the integration of sustainability and DE&I values within people practices
Qualifications & Requirements
✔️ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or Business Administration
✔️ 10–12 years of progressive HR experience with at least 4+ years in a strategic HRBP role
✔️ Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance standards
✔️ Proven experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in manufacturing, textiles, FMCG, or large-scale industry
✔️ Exceptional interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills
✔️ Hands-on experience with HR analytics and HRIS systems
✔️ Change management and leadership development experience is a plus
