You will act as the main liaison for the company (Business Unit) and work closely with all stakeholders to help Provide real time support in all aspects of Human Resources. Ensure smooth HR operations, assist in developing talent acquisition and retention strategies and help create a culture of Learning and Development within the Organization. This position plays a vital role in the company helping to grow the business and to build a unique and strong people-oriented culture.

 

As a Human Resource Business Partner, you will report directly to the Group Head People & Culture and be a key member of the Human Resources team, this is a hands-on position with the role providing People/HR related services to all the employees.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Talent Acquisition: Assist in creating hiring plans for the business unit, use effective sourcing channels and ensure the screening process is transparent, responsible for ensuring hiring requirements are fulfilled within the defined turnaround time
  • Onboarding & Orientation: Responsible for ensuring smooth onboarding of the new joiners as per the company guidelines and run a smooth orientation plan
  • Performance Management: Managing end to end performance appraisal for the respective business unit, working closely with the respective stakeholders to create a performance-based culture within the business unit
  • Learning and Development: Build and execute Learning and Development initiatives that help employees grow and evolve in their roles within the fast-changing environment
  • Employee Engagement: Help create and execute Employee engagements surveys, create a road map for the improvement areas, Initiate team building exercises and work closely with the Management to create and execute employee engagement activities
  • Communication and Information: Drive and develop effective internal communication channels including both digital tools and in-person forums to keep the business units informed and aligned as it grows.
  • Reward & Recognition: Assist in creating Recognition programs of formal and informal talent recognition, working closely with all stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
  • Talent Retention: Create and execute new plans and initiatives working closely with the stakeholders. Keep a check on employee attrition and proactively suggest ways to improve it
  • Compensation and Incentives: Execute the monthly Payroll and coordinate with the relevant stakeholders for all benefits related issues
  • Key Performance Indicators: Assist in creating and tracking talent KPIs to drive alignment with core values and organizational objectives.
  • HR Reporting: Provide weekly/ Monthly Reporting of all key performance indicators of the Human Resource department with respect to the specific business unit
