Human Resource Associate

 

Description:

As an HR Associate at Egora, you will support day-to-day human resource operations and play a key role in ensuring smooth HR processes across the organization. Working closely with the HR and leadership teams, you will assist in recruitment, employee records management, onboarding, and general HR administration. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, people-oriented, and eager to grow in the HR field within a fast-paced tech environment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, screening resumes, and interview coordination.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
  • Assist in attendance tracking, leave management, and HR reporting.
  • Support implementation of HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
  • Act as a point of contact for basic employee HR-related queries.
  • Coordinate with other departments to support HR initiatives and organizational needs.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role (fresh graduates with strong internships may also apply).
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes, recruitment, and labor laws.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
