Description:

• Assist with the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding, including posting job openings, conducting interviews, drafting offer letters, onboarding tasks, conducting exit interviews, and updating employee records.

• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, such as team building events, recognition programs, and surveys.

• Maintain accurate HR records, including attendance records, employee data, and performance evaluations.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations and recommend changes to policies and procedures as needed.

• Provide general administrative support to the HR team, such as employee inquiries.

• Assist with HR operations, including payroll, benefits, and data management, and participate in HR system implementations, upgrades, maintenance, and enhancements.

 

Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR management, business administration, or a related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.

• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

• Prior HR or administrative experience preferred, but not required.
