Job Description:

Providing support in day-to-day HR Operations such as onboarding, offboarding and maintaining a detailed record of the company’s employee’s database and personal files other tasks include :
– To maintain secured mechanism and documentation and employee filing.
– Supervising the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department.
– Ensuring all the employees comply with the HR policies.
– Resolve Workplace Conflicts, staff grievance, disciplinary issue and termination.

Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management.
Experience:
• Fresh to upto 1 years of working experience in Human Resources department preferably Packaging /Printing industry.
