Job Responsibilities:
Recruitment & onboarding of staff
Maintain employee records & HR files
Attendance, leave & payroll support
Roster / Shift Management
Assist in SESSI, EOBI & tax documentation
Handle employee queries & HR coordination
Maintain HR database & reports

Requirements:
Bachelor's in HR / Business Administration
Good MS Excel & communication skills
Basic knowledge of Labour Law, SESSI & EOBI
Strong understanding of roster & attendance management
Team player & organized mindset
