GAO Group is seeking motivated and organized individuals to join their team as HR Staff in a full-time, remote capacity. Key responsibilities include managing the recruitment and selection process, driving employee engagement and retention initiatives, and overseeing performance evaluations across various cross-functional teams. The role involves strategic coordination with departments such as Business Development, Marketing, and Technology to support training and performance improvement initiatives. Additionally, the selected candidates will handle administrative duties, document management, and coordinate meetings and project execution.
Eligibility Criteria:
MBA or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Must have a personal laptop or PC with a stable internet connection
Ability to collaborate effectively within a remote team environment
Working Hours: 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM EDT/EST
Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days a week)
