Position: HR Specialist – Talent & OD

Location: Manga, Lahore

Experience: 3–5 years

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition and hiring processes
• Drive organizational development and change management initiatives
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, analytics, and management presentations
• Build strong relationships with business leaders and HR teams
• Identify talent and capability gaps and support training initiatives
• Support continuous improvement of HR policies and processes
• Manage assigned HR projects
• Track and analyze talent and engagement metrics

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Talent Management, OD, and Recruitment
• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
