We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to manage core HR operations, including talent acquisition, payroll, employee relations, policy drafting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR processes while supporting a positive and compliant workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
• Handle payroll processing, attendance, and employee records.
• Manage employee relations, grievances, and dispute resolution.
• Support disciplinary actions in line with company policies.
• Draft, update, and ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
• Act as a key HR contact for employees and management.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4–5 years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of payroll, labor laws, and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and conflict-handling skills.
