EBM is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as HR Services Officer / Lead, supporting HR operations and fleet management.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
✔ Oversee and manage fleet operations for efficiency and compliance
✔ Maintain and monitor fuel accounts and related documentation
✔ Handle Lifecycle Operations related to HR services and fleet management
✔ Manage TA/DA processes ensuring timely reimbursements
✔ Support HR Services in daily operational tasks
✔ Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for fleet and resource management
✔ Ensure timely reporting and record-keeping

🔹 Knowledge Requirements
✅ Understanding of Fleet Management processes
✅ Awareness of current vehicle and spare part prices
✅ Familiarity with fleet and communication market trends
✅ General knowledge of the current economic situation and its impact on operations

🔹 Education & Experience
✅ Graduate / Bachelor’s degree required
✅ Fresh graduates up to candidates with 3 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply
