Description:
Nine Keys is seeking a passionate and skilled HR Recruiter Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and help build a strong talent pipeline. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews and onboarding, and supporting employer branding initiatives to enhance the overall candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities include:
Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles.
Coordinate interviews and the onboarding process for new hires.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Support employer branding initiatives and help promote Nine Keys as an employer of choice.
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years of experience in recruitment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in LinkedIn, job portals, and recruiting tools.
