HR Recruiter Intern

Job Type: Internship (Paid, Onsite)

Location: Main GT Road, Near Phase 2, Gate 1, Islamabad (PSO Petrol Pump)

Timings: 2 PM - 11 PM (Pakistan Standard Time)

We are looking for a HR Recruiter Intern who is passionate about talent acquisition and recruitment. This role is ideal for someone who has completed their BBA/MBA in HR and is not currently studying. If you’re eager to gain hands-on experience in HR, Hiring, Candidate sourcing, and interview coordination, this opportunity could lead to a full-time role at VASL!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Recruitment & Talent Sourcing:

•     Assist in sourcing and shortlisting candidates from various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases).
•     Help in screening resumes and conducting initial candidate assessments.
•     Support in scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.

HR Operations & Candidate Experience:

• Maintain and update candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Help improve candidate engagement by ensuring smooth communication.
• Assist in creating job descriptions and posting them on job platforms.

What We’re Looking For:

• BBA/MBA in HR (completed), not currently studying.
• Passion for recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and applicant tracking systems (a plus!).
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
