Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives

• Oversee talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance

• Lead and manage facility operations, ensuring high standards of service and maintenance

• Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards

• Collaborate with various teams to align project deliverables and marketing campaigns

• Utilize marketing acumen to support branding, outreach, and internal communications

• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and provide regular updates to leadership

• Foster a positive work culture and act as a bridge between management and staff

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in human resources and project management roles

• Strong background in facility operations with a results-driven approach

• Demonstrated marketing knowledge, especially in campaign planning and team coordination
