Responsibilities:
- Conduct job analysis and identify key requirements for vacant positions.
- Recruit and select candidates based on job requirements, ensuring a thorough evaluation.
- Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new employees.
- Evaluate employee performance using established metrics and provide constructive feedback.
- Organize and conduct performance meetings to discuss progress and set goals.
- Collect feedback from employees and address areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of employee information, contracts, and evaluations.
- Resolve employee grievances and conflicts fairly and in a timely manner.
- Manage payroll processes and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Oversee attendance management systems and track employee attendance.
- Perform general office administration duties to support daily operations.
