Position Details

* Job Title: HR Officer
* Location: Judicial colony Lahore (On-site)
* Experience: 1–2 years
* Salary: PKR 50,000- 100000/month
* Gender: Male preferred
* Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

* Manage recruitment, screening, and onboarding.
* Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
* Assist with payroll preparation and HR documentation.
* Implement company policies and ensure workplace discipline.
* Support employee engagement and daily HR operations.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 1–2 years of relevant HR experience.
* Good communication and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
* Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
