Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
• Support employee engagement, training, and development initiatives.
• Maintain HR records, employee documentation, and databases.
• Assist in implementing HR policies and best practices.
• Collaborate with departments to fulfill workforce requirements.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant HR experience (FMCG experience preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related systems.
