We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Officer (Junior) to support day-to-day HR operations. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want to build a strong foundation in Human Resources.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
Support daily HR operations including documentation and coordination
Assist with employee records, attendance, and payroll-related tasks
Handle basic banking applications and HR-related transactions
Prepare and maintain reports using MS Excel
Coordinate with internal teams for HR and administrative support
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR data

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
At least 6 months of relevant experience or internship
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work with banking applications
Good command of MS Excel and basic reporting
Willingness to learn and grow in the HR domain
