Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi
Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM

Catch World International is looking for a passionate and motivated 𝐇𝐑 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫 (𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐋𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥) 𝐭𝐨 𝐣𝐨𝐢𝐧 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐇𝐑 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to start their career in Human Resources or has 1–2 months of experience in the field.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Assist in day-to-day HR operations, including attendance, onboarding, and employee record management.
- Support the recruitment process — posting jobs, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain HR databases and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement and training activities.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as required.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field.
- 0–2 months of experience or internship in HR.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in a night shift (7 PM – 3 AM).
- Proactive attitude with a desire to learn and grow in the HR field.
