Fawwaha Fragrances is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team and gain hands-on experience in human resources management. This role provides an excellent opportunity to contribute to recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations in a growing organization.
🔹 Recruitment & Hiring Process
✔ Assist in job postings, initial screenings, and coordinating interviews.
✔ Support the hiring and onboarding process for new employees.
🔹 HR Operations & Documentation
✔ Maintain accurate personnel records and HR databases.
✔ Handle confidential employee information with discretion.
✔ Assist in HR projects and employee engagement initiatives.
🔹 HR Meetings & Support
✔ Participate in HR meetings and take minutes.
✔ Provide administrative support for HR functions.
✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
✅ Minimum 2 years of HR experience.
✅ Strong organizational and time management skills.
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
✅ Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
✅ Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
