Description:

At our head office, Naheed.pk is looking for a young, talented, and enthusiastic HR officer. The Human Resource Officer is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with the HR Manager. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas:

Employee benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment.

Responsible For:

·HR Operations, Recruitment, & Onboarding Process (T&D, OD, Performance Management would be plus points).

·Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.

·Provides clerical support for HR and administrative tasks.

·Involvement and execution of new HR plans and initiatives with the help of the HR manager.

Key Tasks:

·Suggest improvements in HR policies & procedures by understanding the organization's culture and ensuring adherence regarding implementation.

·Ensure smooth processing of recruitment process, which includes but is not limited to job advertisement postings, coordination with online job portal representatives, managing resume databases, scheduling and conducting tests and interviews, and conducting initial interviews and reference checks.

·Provide detailed orientation and complete all onboarding activities for new inductees, and complete the HR documentation process with the newly inducted employee.

·Gather data required for payroll and preparing it as per the defined procedure (when necessary).

·Maintains company organization chart and hierarchies (when necessary).

Person Specification (essential Requirements)

·Should have strong verbal and written communication skills, be a good learner, have a friendly nature, and be hardworking.

·Must appear presentable and professional at all times.

·Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with a professional attitude and tact.

·Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

·Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

·Knowledge of HR functions (recruitment & selection, training & development, OD)

Required Job Specifications:

*Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management

*Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years working experience in the similar role

*Gender: Female

*Working Hours: 09

*Working Days: Monday to Friday

*Job Type: Permanent

*Salary Range: 30K to 35K

*Department: HR & Admin
