We’re Hiring: HR Manager (Payroll & Compliance Focus)

Location: Malir Cantt, Karachi
Secondary Location: Port Qasim Factory (2–3 days/week)

We are looking for a self-driven and independent HR professional with a strong command over payroll, compensation & benefits, payroll-related taxation, and technical recruitment. This role is ideal for someone who can take full ownership of HR operations and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-end payroll management
• Compensation & benefits structuring
• Payroll tax compliance & statutory requirements
• Technical recruitment and hiring for specialized roles
• Independent handling of HR operations
• Managing labor law and compliance matters
• Coordination between head office & factory
• Maintaining HR records, documentation & reporting

Requirements:
• MBA in HRM or relevant field
• 3–5 years of relevant experience (Payroll, Compliance & Recruitment)
• Strong understanding of Pakistani labor laws & payroll taxation
• Experience in technical hiring will be preferred
• Ability to work independently
• Strong communication & organizational skills
