Hr Manager

 

Description:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead all HR functions across our diverse operations, including hospitality, distribution, energy solutions, and exports. This strategic and hands-on role will drive talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and HR compliance while supporting organizational growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and programs aligned with business objectives

* Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention strategies across all business units.

* Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.

* Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

* Drive employee engagement, training, and development initiatives.

* Partner with leadership for workforce planning and organizational growth.

* Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR regulations, and internal policies.

* Maintain HR metrics, reporting, and data-driven insights for continuous improvement.

* Lead HR projects, change management, and organizational development initiatives.

 

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

* 5–6 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

* Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices in Pakistan.

* HR certifications such as SHRM-SCP or CIPD are desirable.

* Expertise in recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, and performance management.

* Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
