Comet is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to join the team at Badar Commercial, DHA Phase 5, Karachi.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Oversee employee relations and handle workplace issues professionally
Manage attendance, performance management, and employee records
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Support training and development initiatives
Coordinate with department heads for workforce planning
Maintain a positive and productive workplace culture
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
