THE ROLE:
As an HR Manager, you will be the bridge between the company’s strategy and the team's well-being. You will be responsible for building the engine that attracts, retains, and nurtures top tech talent in Lahore. This is a hands-on role where you will wear multiple hats, from a recruiter to a culture champion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Talent Acquisition & Management: Lead end-to-end recruitment to attract top-tier IT professionals (Developers, QA, DevOps, Designers, etc.). You will be the face of Stackerzzz for all potential candidates.
Employee Lifecycle: Manage the complete employee journey from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Culture & Engagement: Foster a high-performance culture. Plan team-building activities, manage engagement surveys, and ensure the PGECHS office remains a place people love to come to.
Performance Management: Implement and manage performance review systems, working with leads to drive productivity and growth.
Policy & Compliance: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies that comply with local labor laws and reflect the agile nature of our IT business.
Payroll & Compensation: Coordinate payroll processing, manage leaves, and benchmark salaries to ensure we remain competitive in the Lahore tech market.
Conflict Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances and workplace issues, ensuring a healthy and open environment.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Experience: Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably within an IT services, Software House, or Tech Start-up environment.
Tech Recruitment Savvy: You know the difference between a MERN stack developer and a Python developer. You can screen CVs with a technical lens.
Local Knowledge: Strong understanding of Lahore’s labor laws, payroll practices, and the local tech talent landscape.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. You can talk to a CEO in the morning and make a junior intern feel welcome in the afternoon.
Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
