Position: HR Manager
📍 Location: Karachi

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives
• Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies
• Lead compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination
• Maintain HR records and prepare HR reports and metrics

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Approximately 3 years of proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality
