What You’ll Do:
✔ Lead recruitment, onboarding & staff development
✔ Oversee HR policies, procedures & compliance
✔ Support employee relations and performance management
✔ Strengthen organizational culture and team engagement

Requirements:
✔ 3+ years of experience in HR (fashion/retail preferred but not required)
✔ Strong understanding of HR operations & labor laws
✔ Excellent communication & leadership skills
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing environment
